3 Bedroom Condos
"Black Bear Crossing" and "Black Elk Run" are our 2000 square foot 3 bedroom, 2½ bath, condos. Each bedroom having its own private vanity room.
Both three bedroom condos are custom, green built homes, meeting energy star ratings, made out of non-toxic materials for cleaner, healthier living. Both condos have black granite counter tops, hardwood floors in kitchen and entry, ceramic tile in bathrooms and six-panel-solid wood doors throughout. The spacious 2000 square foot, two-story open floor plan with 10-foot high ceilings gives an open, airy feel. Floor-to-ceiling windows open the room to the outdoors. Each condo is an "escape", and we have decorated each differently with new quality, rustic furnishings that will enhance your mountain get-away experience.

"Aspen Grove" is our larger two bedroom, two bath condo with exceptional views throughout.
This condo is the "top of the hill", upper unit, of a custom top/bottom condo built in "2000" but still having a ground level entrance. With its roomy 1250 square feet, abundance of windows complete with mountain views, large fully supplied kitchen, private jetted tub, we proudly offer to guests this comfortable "home away from home". Enjoy a cozy winter evening in front of our gas log stove. During the summer, walk past the converted antique stove onto the elevated private back deck as you sit, relax and breathe in the crisp mountain air. Sleep soundly in a comfortable king or queen sized bed. With the warmth of our aspen infused décor and rustic furnishings you'll never want to leave the Aspen Grove.

"Wild Flower" is our smaller, yet inviting, two bedroom, one bath condo with beautiful mountain views... especially from the private flagstone patio.
This condo is the private, lower unit of a custom top/bottom condo built in "2000". Cozy and comfortable, enjoy the 850 square feet of well organized open living, dining, and kitchen areas with its Rocky Mountain wild flower colors and décor. Relax into the mountain views from the windows. Enjoy an evening in front of the electric fireplace and flat screen TV. Sleep soundly in the comfortable queen sized beds in either the spacious master bedroom or second bedroom. You'll feel the tranquility of the Wild Flower after relaxing on your own private flagstone patio among the pines with its view of Twin Sisters Peak. This condo has enabled us to be more accommodating to smaller groups with affordability in mind, yet maintain the quality and the "wow" factor we demand of ourselves when you walk into your "home away from home".
