Rental Policy
|
- Check-in time is after 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out.
- All units are NON-SMOKING.
- Pets are NOT allowed in the condos or left in vehicles on the premises.
- No rentals to young adults under the age of 25 unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent that is 25 years or older.
- A refundable Reservation/Damage Retainer of $300 is required. This is not applied towards rent.
- No refunds will be given due to weather or road conditions.
- Refunds due to cancellations – See cancellation policy.
